Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. You may return an item by shipping it back to us (you must pay shipping charges), or by bringing it back to our store.

How to Return a Shipped Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at shop.pcsc@gmai.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return code to include in your return. Please include a copy of this email with the return code in your return.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. 

In-Store Pickup Returns

All purchased items should be inspected at the time of in-store pick up.  Once picked-up, all accessories including Shoes, Handbags, Jewelry and Cosmetics are FINAL SALE.  All other general merchandise can be returned for full refund, exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase with original receipt and price tags attached.  All items must be returned to the store of purchase. 

Please note: Aged orders beyond 7 days from purchase may be subject to forfeiture and donation....so please pick up your items within a week of purchase!

Return Conditions

Items must:

  • Be in unused and in original condition
  • Have original tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items marked final sale
